Develop, monitor, and manage production, safety, and quality metrics. Assist the Customer in monitoring production activities and meeting set goals. Propose recommendations for enhancing quality and operational efficiency, implementing relevant quality control methods across the business unit. Recruit, oversee, and train employees, coordinate crew schedules, enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Generate reports, forecasts, and budgets as necessary. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve job-related issues. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contribute to strategic planning and execution with proactive problem-solving skills. Undertake other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Knowledge: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Underground and/or Aerial Construction and Engineering Proficiency in fixed and fiber optic network operations, including strand, coax, and fiber splicing and activation. Experience working with various GIS Tools like Aramis, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably other relevant resource tools. Willingness to embrace challenges, expand knowledge, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver high productivity and quality workmanship with meticulous attention to detail. Strong planning, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
